In the beginning of my awareness journey, I can remember back to my first shamanic breathwork, where the Red Serpent first appeared to me. Thick bodied. Blood red. Translucent. Slithering out through my vulva; from between my legs and gently down into the ground. It plunged into the deepest earth beneath my savasana body. Seeping down into the core of the crystal caves' waters. A fully embodied somatic experience. From that day forward, I’ve been curious to learn more about the serpent who appeared and what it had to share with me........

Aether, the Womb, and All That Is ...

Working with the Medicine Woman Archetype, Aether is my element. I perceive Aether as the bridge between our embodied earthly experience and the wholesome blueprints of All that Is, containing all wisdom of the ages gone and to come and where our allys, guides and teachers in Spirits exist. It is pure potential, where time and space does not exist.

I imagine it as the womb of the universe, dark, fertile and spacious. And I believe that it is our wombs that are the anchors and portals to this space. Where we feel a deep knowing and when we are connected to our womb space (and we don’t need a physical womb to do this), we are in connection with the Earth Mother and the Sky Father connecting the physical with spirit.

Alchemist Clan Mother Speaks ...

Ahhh, the Scorpio New Moon is upon us, exerting a powerful, magical energy, calling us to get in touch with and heal the shadow side of life in order to acknowledge and celebrate our inner Truth. That has certainly been the case for me this last week; in my personal life, my wider community and the world in general and it definitely hasn't been easy or comfortable.

For the last few months, I have been immersed in an exploration of Sacred Union with my Beloved. It sounds fabulous, but I had little idea of what I was in for. In order to look at our shadows, we have to unmask ourselves to expose our fears and vulnerabilities and all the needy parts of us that are longing for love and connection. It's like standing on the edge of the abyss or jumping into the fire of initiation. There is a huge terror in letting go of our security, secrets, and patterns and just surrendering to the process.
